These terms govern your use of the Cin Cin Wine Bar website (cincinwine.bar) and the services offered through it, including online table reservations and private event enquiries. By using this website, you agree to these terms.
1. About Cin Cin Wine Bar
Cin Cin Wine Bar is operated by Dal Corso s.r.o., registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C (IČO: 195 83 958, DIČ: CZ19583958), with premises at Václavské náměstí 47, 110 00 Praha 1. Contact: info@cincinbar.cz.
2. Reservations
Reservations made through this website are requests and are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a reservation in exceptional circumstances and will notify you as promptly as possible.
We ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours before the reservation time.
3. Age Restriction
Cin Cin Wine Bar is a licensed alcohol-service venue. Entry and service are restricted to persons aged 18 and over, in accordance with Czech Act No. 65/2017 Coll. on the Protection of Health from the Harmful Effects of Addictive Substances.
By making a reservation, you confirm that you and all members of your party are aged 18 or over, or will be accompanied throughout the visit by a responsible adult of legal age.
4. Prices
Prices displayed on this website are indicative only and subject to change without notice. All prices are in Czech koruna (CZK) and include VAT at the applicable rate. The current, full price list is available at the venue.
We do not publish individual per-glass prices online. Indicative price ranges are provided for guidance only.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, photographs, design, and branding — is the intellectual property of Cin Cin Wine Bar or its respective licensors and is protected under Czech and EU copyright law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
This website is provided for informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but accept no liability for errors or omissions in the information provided, interruptions in website availability, or any loss or damage arising from reliance on website content.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, as required by Czech law.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, including the Czech Civil Code (Act No. 89/2012 Coll.) and, where applicable, the Consumer Protection Act (Act No. 634/1992 Coll.).
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Praha 1, Czech Republic.
This website is not subject to German Impressum obligations. Legal compliance follows Czech and EU law.
8. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
If you are a consumer and a dispute arises between you and Cin Cin Wine Bar that cannot be resolved directly, you have the right to out-of-court resolution. The competent authority is:
