Unreasonable Hospitality
Cin Cin was born from a single conviction: that great wine should never be a privilege reserved for those who arrive at the right table, order the right bottle, or already know the right words. Wine is a language, and we are here to translate it, freely, generously, and without condition.
We refuse to limit your glass. Every wine on our list is available by the glass, because the best way to discover a wine is to taste it, not to commit to a bottle.
Our Promise
Every member of our team is trained to understand you — your mood, your curiosity, your past favourites, your desire to try something entirely new. Do not hesitate to ask. Tell us what you enjoy. Tell us you have no idea where to begin. These are invitations, and we welcome every one of them. Our staff will listen, suggest, and if needed pour a small taste before you decide. We are not here to upsell. We are here to find you the right glass.

The wines on the following pages were selected with obsessive care from small Italian producers, celebrated French appellations, remarkable Czech vineyards, and undiscovered corners of the wine world. Each bottle earns its place here for a reason. Ask us what that reason is.

This was probably the best experience we ever had in a wine bar.
Hidden gem in New Town Prague, offering a classy and inviting atmosphere for wine lovers.
The sommelier explained everything very well with passion, and let us taste the wines we were interested in.
